A big time personal favorite. Put simply, tatsoi and komatsuna are amazing and I’m obsessed with it. It is very similar in taste to spinach and can be used much the same. It’s great wilted, sautéed, stir fried, put directly in soups. The leaves are tender and mild enough to add raw to salads, too!
